Diakoniewerk
I created the design for Diakoniewerk Austria’s new employer branding campaign, leading the project from initial concept to final print-ready PDFs. I developed the visual identity around a bold, graphic use of the letter 'D,' incorporating employee portraits within its shape. I also created the photo concept and collaborated on set to ensure the portraits matched the new direction of the layouts. I adapted the design across all channels—including print, video, and social media—and ensured a unified visual language throughout.
In addition to the Employer Branding Campaign, I redesigned their continuing education brochure and developed the branding for Zukunftssalon (“Future Salon”)—a special event exploring future opportunities as part of Diakoniewerk’s 150th anniversary, held at the historic Tobacco Factory in Linz.
