Photography
Set in the rural outskirts of Austria, my work explores how ideals of small-town life are portrayed. Over the past three years, I have been passionately developing Vorort, a long-term photographic project that moves between documentation and performance. By staging scenes with actors, the work constructs a fictional world that reflects my own experiences of isolation while living far from home.
The work debuted at FOTOHOF Calling in 2024 and was later exhibited at my MFA Graduation Thesis Show in August 2025. Most recently, Vorort was a featured project on PhMuseum, as well as on Lenscratch in the MFA Review. I am currently developing it into a book, which will be presented at upcoming exhibitions in 2026, including Photobook Mania in Bologna and a group exhibition Baxter Street Gallery, NYC.
Alongside this personal work, I also bring experience collaborating with commercial clients and creating commissioned portraits.
