Haus der
Barmherzigkeit
Haus der Barmherzigkeit is a non-profit organization that provides care and support for chronically ill individuals and people with disabilities in Vienna and Lower Austria. For their employer branding campaign, I developed the design concept based on their acronym “hb,” which also evokes the German word “habe” (to have). This allowed us to build a campaign around personal, empowering statements—such as “Ich hb Freiheit” (I have freedom) and “Ich hb Unterstützung” (I have support)—highlighting the benefits current employees experience in their work.
I also established a fresh photographic style for the campaign and collaborated closely with the photographers on set to bring this visual language to life. The campaign won Gold award at the 2024 HR Awards.
