With over 100 years of tradition, Resch & Frisch set out to highlight the wide variety of career paths within the company—from baking to logistics to office roles.

I developed the creative concept around the iconic “&” in their logo, transforming it into a symbol of connection and opportunity. The campaign featured a fresh visual language, new photo style, and layouts designed for print.

We cast real employees as the faces of the campaign, creating an authentic, relatable narrative that resonated across departments. I led the design from concept to final production, and the campaign rolled out nationwide across Austria.
