Created to attract new employees and honor the 37,000 volunteers currently serving with the Lower Austrian Red Cross, the new brochure titled '7 Reasons – 7 Principles' captures the core values of the Lower Austrian Red Cross.

I refreshed the visual design with bold typography and a cohesive photographic concept, and provided art direction at the photoshoot to ensure the imagery aligned with the brochure’s core message. I was responsible for the initial design concept and print design which I saw through until final print production.
